## Hidden costs and limits

- Implementation and onboarding are not included in the per-agent price.
- AWS infrastructure costs are additional. Observe.AI runs on AWS, and compute/storage for processing call recordings adds to your AWS bill beyond the subscription fee.
- Pricing is per-agent, not per-seat. If you have 200 agents but only want to monitor 50, you may still need to pay for all agents depending on how your telephony integration works.
