## Hidden costs and limits

- Premier Support: 30% surcharge on total license fees. Without it, you get no phone support and 2-day response SLAs. Most orgs need it.

- Annual price increases: Salesforce raised prices 9% in Aug 2023 and 6% in Aug 2025.
