## Hidden costs and limits

- User + usage still bills Conversations, TaskRouter, Studio, Functions with no free quota (official FAQ).
- Named seats are the monthly max. Drop 25 and add 25 and you still pay for 50.
- You cannot mix models. 5,000 trial hours vanish when you choose one.
- WhatsApp session messages are in the Flex license. WhatsApp templates are extra. Copilot beta: $0.035/min or $0.005/message.
