Poka

Poka is a connected worker platform designed specifically for manufacturing environments. It aims to optimize operations by bridging the gap between workers, machinery, and processes through advanced digital tools and mobile devices. The platform facilitates standard work, enhances communication, and improves overall operational efficiency, aligning with the principles of Industry 5.0. This solution is ideal for manufacturing companies looking to reduce losses related to skill gaps, improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and streamline production issue management. It helps organizations transition to paperless factories by digitalizing processes from the ground up, empowering workers with critical data, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across various manufacturing facets including operations, health and safety, maintenance, quality, and learning and development. Poka's core value lies in its ability to centralize operational knowledge, accelerate worker training and onboarding, and enhance cross-shift and cross-plant collaboration. It ensures adherence to standardized processes, speeds up issue resolution, and provides actionable insights from operational data, ultimately driving higher productivity and agility.
