Novatti Group Limited is a financial transaction software technology and payment services provider. The Company is engaged in the sales and deployment of the Novatti Platform, and transaction services. The Company operates through three segments: Novatti Platform, Transaction Services and Novatti Group Limited. The Novatti Platform segment develops, deploys and supports specialized mobile and alternate payment technology, primarily through the deployment of the Novatti Platform. The Transaction Services segment includes TransferBridge, which provides a global network that interconnects payment platforms, remittance operators, financial institutions, retailers, utilities and all types of telecommunication operators, and Flexewallet and Flexe Payments, which offer an alternative payment method in the form of a prepaid cash voucher, which can be used for a multitude of payment methods, such as prepaid account top-ups and for secure online payment of goods and services.
