What you buy, and what we do not promise.
Will ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini cite my product?
We cannot promise it, and nobody honestly can. AI assistants choose their sources for each question. What we sell is a placement on a public page that AI crawlers are allowed to read.
Which AI crawlers can read Toolradar?
Toolradar's robots.txt explicitly allows GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and Bingbot, among others. The admin, API, dashboard, company and search paths are closed.
Does a placement change my score or the editor's take?
No. A placement never changes a tool's ranking score or the editor's take. Paid placements are disclosed on the How we make money page.
Can I buy a dofollow link on Toolradar?
No. The link from your listing to your site becomes dofollow only once you link back to your Toolradar page with our badge, free of charge. Backlinks inside dupple.com articles are a separate, paid placement.
