Fudge MCP

Fudge MCP is the Model Context Protocol server for Fudge, a design reference and review service built for the case where an AI coding agent is writing the front end. The problem it targets is that agents produce sites that work but look generic, because the model has no reference for what good looks like in a given category and no way to see what it just built. Fudge supplies both halves through tools an agent calls mid-task, rather than a dashboard a person has to visit separately. The reference half is a searchable library of captured websites. An agent can query it by industry, layout pattern, typography, color, or general visual direction, pull up several candidates, and compare directions before committing to one. The inspection half looks at a live page and returns its design decisions in structured form, covering typography, color usage, spacing, layout, components, media treatment, and interaction details, which gives the agent something specific to copy or to critique. The review half runs against a page the agent has built, on desktop and mobile viewports, and reports what is off. Output is meant to be actionable rather than descriptive, so a chosen direction can be turned into a design system, a Tailwind theme, design tokens, or a design document the agent then codes against. It works with coding tools that support MCP servers and is aimed at developers and small teams shipping marketing sites and product pages without a designer on hand.
