Marquorum FAQ

Is Marquorum free, and who can apply?

Marquorum is free to join and use. It is for creators with an established audience channel, including websites, newsletters, podcasts, social channels and communities. Applications are reviewed in 93 listed countries and territories. Country availability allows an application to begin; approval is a separate decision. Professional/business use, age 18 or the local age of majority, and current country and payout eligibility rules apply. See https://marquorum.com/country-availability.

What can partners promote and manage in Marquorum?

Approved partners promote live AI subscription apps from Marquorum’s own software portfolio. One active account covers current and future live offers without a separate application for each offer. Partners get product facts, audience guidance, campaign ideas and promotional assets, then share direct product links, a reusable partner code or QR code. The dashboard tracks visits, referred customers, eligible subscription payments, commissions and payout progress. Eligible partners can propose and vote on future product opportunities under the published election rules.

How do the 25%, 30% and 35% direct commission tiers work?

Silver starts at 25% of eligible directly referred subscription revenue. Gold pays 30% from USD 1,000 to below USD 10,000 in monthly eligible directly referred subscription revenue. Platinum pays 35% from USD 10,000. Completed UTC calendar months determine the following month’s rate. A downgrade requires two consecutive complete months below the applicable threshold. Second-tier earnings do not count toward direct-revenue thresholds. Eligible customer subscription lifetime commission continues under published rules while the percentage can change between tiers. Commissionable revenue is eligible collected subscription revenue after discounts and credits, excluding transaction taxes, refunds, disputes and chargebacks.

How does the 5% second-tier commission work?

Qualifying partners can earn 5% of eligible collected customer revenue generated by affiliates they directly refer, while eligible relationships continue. The base is eligible customer revenue, not the other affiliate’s commission. Commission calculations follow published program rules and exclude ineligible amounts such as transaction taxes, refunds, disputes and chargebacks. Second-tier earnings do not count toward the monthly directly referred revenue used to determine Silver, Gold or Platinum.

When are payouts made, and how are referrals attributed?

Eligible commissions are paid monthly in USD through confirmed PayPal when the eligible payable balance reaches USD 50. Smaller balances carry forward. Prior-month payouts target submission by the 15th. Marquorum absorbs the distribution fee; PayPal recipient and currency-conversion fees can still apply. The latest valid referral within 30 days governs attribution, subject to the applicable published offer schedules and eligibility rules. See https://marquorum.com/commissions-and-payouts.
