57 of 10,667 published tools (0.5%) have reviewCount above zero. That is a review written on Toolradar. It is not a claim that the other 10,610 have no reviews on G2, Capterra, or anywhere else. (Source: Toolradar directory, September 22, 2026.)

6,602 published tools (61.9%) have an externalReviews value stored. The field is not null. 4,065 (38.1%) are null. 6,602 + 4,065 = 10,667. A stored payload is a blob we imported. It is not a fresh count of reviews on the open web, and an empty object would still count as stored. (Source: same morning.)

The 57 and the 6,602 are not a sum. A tool can have a community review and an external payload. This cut did not cross-tab them. Do not add the rows.
What a stored review is
reviewCount is the Review table on Toolradar. Fifty-seven tools have at least one. That is the whole community corpus in the published catalog. A category page that implies "reviewed by thousands of users on Toolradar" is describing a site we do not have.
externalReviews is the imported field. Not-null means we stored something. It does not mean a human re-opened G2 on September 22. It does not mean the number inside the blob is current. Pages that cite an external rating should cite the rating's own date, the way the private-assistant guide cites a G2 count with the day it was checked.
What a missing logo is
180 tools have no logo path. The rest resolve through the logo pipeline. This article does not list the 180, and it does not treat a missing logo as a reason to demote a product in a buying guide. It is a coverage fact for the directory, next to the review facts, because both answer "what is actually on the row."
What this is not
This is not "software has no reviews." G2 and Capterra are full of them. We have not copied most of that corpus into a Toolradar Review row, and we have not stored an external payload for 4,065 tools.
This is not a quality score. A tool with reviewCount of 0 can be the right pick on a buying page. The free CRM, calendar, whiteboard, and invoicing guides published the same morning rank products by the vendor page, not by this 57.
This is not a license audit or a pricing audit. Open-source wording, trial flags, and pricing-check age are separate reports.
Methodology and sources
Published tools only, status published, counted September 22, 2026. Community reviews: reviewCount greater than 0. External payload: externalReviews is not null. Logo gap: logo is null or an empty string. Catalog size that morning was 10,667, the same count used in the free-trial and pricing-freshness reports. No vendor page was fetched for this article. The 180 logos were not opened one by one.
