Hotel Engine

Hotel Engine, now operating under the brand name Engine, is an all-in-one business travel platform for booking and managing hotels, flights and rental cars from a single account. It gives travel, operations and finance managers tools to set travel policies and budgets, organize bookings by project or cost code, and consolidate charges through direct monthly billing (DirectBill) instead of individual receipts. Travelers can search more than 1 million hotel properties, and the platform includes an optional FlexPro add-on for flexible, lower-penalty cancellations, an Engine Rewards loyalty program that stacks with hotel loyalty points, and a co-branded Engine X business card offering cashback on travel spend. The service is used by travel and operations teams as well as specialized groups such as construction crews, sports teams and event organizers. Engine is free to use, with no subscription fees, contracts or minimum spend, funded instead by commissions from hotel, airline and car-rental partners.
