Mixpanel MCP

Mixpanel is a product analytics platform that tracks user events and builds funnels, retention curves, flow diagrams, and segmentation reports on top of them. The Mixpanel MCP server is a hosted endpoint that lets an AI assistant run those analyses directly, so a product question can be answered in the chat window instead of through a report builder. An agent connected to the server can discover which events and properties a project actually tracks, then run the core report types against them: insights and segmentation over event volume, funnel conversion between steps, retention across a chosen window, and flows showing what users do before or after a given action. It can open saved reports and dashboards rather than rebuilding analyses the team already trusts, look up individual user profiles and their event streams, and reach session replay material tied to those users. Property discovery keeps the answers honest, since it stops a model from querying events that do not exist in your schema. It fits product managers and analysts who want a first pass on a metric without waiting in a queue, and engineers checking whether a release moved a number. Authentication is by OAuth for interactive use inside an assistant, or by service account for automated agents and shared team setups, and data access follows the permissions of the connecting account.
