A task is the core unit of work, representing either a pickup or a delivery performed at a destination. For billing, tasks are only counted once they reach a 'Completed' status, which can be achieved via the Onfleet driver app, driver app SDK, dispatcher dashboard, or an API call.

How does the free trial work and what are its limitations?

The free trial provides unrestricted access to your chosen plan for 14 days. You can select a plan and begin your subscription at any point during or after the trial. A credit card is not charged until a plan is selected and the subscription is confirmed in the dashboard.

Can I adjust my subscription plan after signing up?

Yes, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan directly from within your dashboard at any time.

How are SMS messaging and voice calls billed?
