Pros
- I believe that there are many features that contribute to it being very useful. But listed below are my top 2:
- Extensive Library Test: Provides a wide range of pre-built assessments covering cognitive abilities,soft skills programming and job-specific knowledge.
- Actionable Candidate Ranking: Test Scores generate clear, easily comparable candidate profiles.
Cons
integration depth: while core capabilities work smoothly, integration depth with smaller applicant tracking systems (ATS) can require extra setup compared to lager hiring tools.
