Test Gorilla is a reliable tool

Pros

I believe that there are many features that contribute to it being very useful. But listed below are my top 2:
Extensive Library Test: Provides a wide range of pre-built assessments covering cognitive abilities, soft skills programming and job-specific knowledge.
Actionable Candidate Ranking: Test Scores generate clear, easily comparable candidate profiles.

Cons

integration depth: while core capabilities work smoothly, integration depth with smaller applicant tracking systems (ATS) can require extra setup compared to lager hiring tools.

Ease of Use: ★★★★★ Value: ★★★★★ Features: ★★★★★
