A request can ask for speaker labels so each utterance is attributed, word-level timestamps so a quote can be traced back to a moment in the recording, and language identification for multilingual material. Audio intelligence features are reachable in the same flow, covering summaries, topic and sentiment signals, content moderation flags, and redaction of sensitive details spoken aloud, so an agent can return a cleaned or condensed version rather than a raw dump.
