The app offers two innovative methods to start a focus session: either by tapping an iPhone to a physical BLOKA NFC tag or by using AI-powered camera detection to scan an everyday object (like a laptop or a book). Once a session begins, all selected distracting apps are blocked, and attempts to open them display a reminder of the user's goal. To unblock, users simply tap the tag or scan the same object again.
