About YAGNI

YAGNI is a platform that lets you deploy and manage AI agent teams as if they were human employees. Instead of a chaotic pile of AI drafts and outputs, YAGNI gives each agent team a defined set of Responsibilities, a single Number it is measured on, and Commitments with real deadlines. The agent proposes work, you approve or edit it, and the system learns from your edits to improve future drafts. Trust is earned through a promotion system: teams start in Training (everything needs approval), move to Supervised (approval on proposed work), and finally to Autonomous (runs routine tasks independently, leaving a receipt). YAGNI integrates with your existing tools like Slack, Gmail, Notion, and Linear, and provides a unified Feed where you review and approve agent actions. The goal is to turn a company into an autonomous business where the agent reads every system, composes a daily Brief of what matters, and ships approved work without you having to chase status across multiple tools.
