Jotform MCP

Jotform ships an official MCP server that hands an assistant control of the forms in an account and the data collected through them. On the authoring side an agent can list existing forms, create a new one from a plain description of what you need to collect, add and edit questions and their field properties, clone an existing form as a starting point, publish it and return the live URL ready to share. On the data side it reads submissions, which is where most of the day-to-day value sits. An assistant can summarize what respondents said, pull a single entry, filter by date or field value and report on response volume without anyone exporting a spreadsheet first. Account-level context such as folders and reports is reachable too, so an agent can keep a growing set of forms organized rather than only creating more of them. The server is remote and hosted by Jotform, added to a client as a single URL, and it uses per-user OAuth sign-in rather than a pasted API key, so the agent inherits exactly the access the signed-in account already has and nothing more. That fits marketing, operations, HR and support teams who run intake, registration and feedback through forms and would rather ask for a new one in chat than open the form builder.
