Ease of use & customer support
Pros
How easy it was to onboard a new country that we've never hired in before. Everything was preloaded before our employee joined, and payroll ran seamlessly.
Cons
One area for improvement is the payslip viewing experience. Currently, there is no built-in preview feature, which forces users to download the file just to view the details.
