Noteship is a note-taking application for Mac that integrates notes, to-dos, and reminders, organizing them in a simple file and folder structure. It's designed for users who need to draft extensive content like blog posts, term papers, or books, allowing them to build outlines with sub-notes within notes, folders, and even files. The app aims to help users maintain a sharp mind through structured note-taking, enabling them to prepare for meetings by having all relevant information, action items, and documents readily accessible. Noteship supports various use cases such as meeting notes, journaling, Zettelkasten, and research. It features a personal CRM-like spreadsheet view for managing details and uses bi-directional backlinks to turn notes into a navigable knowledge base. All data is saved locally on the user's Mac in open-standard HTML files, ensuring offline access, data ownership, and long-term accessibility, even without the app installed. The large calendar view provides an overview of all notes and reminders.
