Voodle was a mobile selfie video-messaging application designed to facilitate communication within teams and affinity communities. It aimed to provide a practical and pragmatic solution for quick, asynchronous video updates and interactions. The platform evolved through various iterations, initially targeting enterprise learning organizations and later focusing on one-to-many affinity communities, including utility for NFTs in community settings. While Voodle sought to address communication needs with an accessible video format, it ultimately struggled to achieve product-market fit. It was developed by the same team behind Pixvana, a VR-focused platform, and represented a pivot towards more conventional mobile application development. Despite efforts to adapt to market demands and explore different use cases, the product faced challenges in user adoption and sustained engagement.
