Paddle MCP

Paddle MCP is the official Model Context Protocol server for Paddle Billing, the merchant of record platform that handles checkout, sales tax and subscription billing for software companies. It connects an assistant to a Paddle account with an API key, so catalog and billing work can happen in the same place the code is written. It targets Paddle Billing and does not cover the older Paddle Classic platform. The server reaches Paddle's billing objects: products and prices, customers, subscriptions, transactions, discounts and reporting. An agent can list, create, retrieve and update products and prices, look up a customer and their billing history, and act on subscriptions through upgrades, downgrades, pauses and cancellations. Rather than shipping one tool per endpoint, the implementation leans on a small set of tools that search the API reference and then execute chained API calls, which keeps the exposed tool count low while still covering a wide API. The workflows it is built for are pricing and revenue operations: building or evolving a pricing model including regional pricing and migrating existing customers onto new prices, investigating a failed payment and resolving the billing issue behind it, and generating reports on revenue, refunds and transaction patterns. Because these tools mutate live billing objects, run against the sandbox environment before pointing an agent at a production account.
