Salesloft MCP

Salesloft is a sales engagement platform where reps work a queue of outreach steps: multi-touch cadences that mix email, calls, and other touches, all logged against people and account records. Its MCP server exposes that workspace over the Model Context Protocol, so an assistant can read the state of an outreach effort and act on it without the rep leaving the conversation. Through the server an agent can search and read people and account records with their associated fields, list cadences and see who is enrolled at which step, and add people to a cadence or remove them from one. Activity history is readable too: which emails went out and how they were received, which calls were logged, and what notes a rep left behind. Task queues can be listed and updated, so an agent can report what is due and mark work as handled. Access is authenticated per user against the team's Salesloft instance, which keeps the agent inside the same record visibility the rep already has. It fits sales development teams and revenue operations groups that want reporting and routine record keeping handled conversationally: summarizing how a cadence is performing, checking whether a prospect has been contacted, or preparing a call list for the day. Because reads and writes go through the platform API, activity stays in the same audit trail managers already review.
