Checkly MCP

Checkly MCP connects an AI client to a Checkly account over streamable HTTP. Checkly is a synthetic monitoring and API checking platform, and this server is aimed squarely at assistants that have no filesystem or repository access, so a desktop or sandboxed agent can still reach live account data without a local checkout of the monitoring code. Through the server an agent reads current check status, inspects test sessions and their results, and pulls root cause analysis data for failures, which is the part that turns a red check into an explanation an engineer can act on. It also exposes status page incidents, so an assistant can see what has already been communicated to users. On the write side it can trigger checks that are already deployed and create or manage status page incidents, covering the two actions most often needed during an outage: confirm whether a failure reproduces, and tell customers about it. Checkly ships a separate CLI oriented path for agents that do have repository access, which makes the MCP server the right choice specifically when the assistant lives outside the codebase. Typical users are SREs and on call engineers triaging an alert from a chat client, plus frontend and platform teams who want an assistant to confirm whether a deploy broke a critical user flow before anyone opens a dashboard.
