Gong MCP

Gong MCP is the Model Context Protocol server for Gong, the revenue intelligence platform that records and analyzes customer conversations. It exposes the call archive to an AI assistant, so questions that would otherwise mean scrolling through recordings become queries answered against transcripts and call metadata. The primary resources are calls and their transcripts. An agent can list calls over a date range, filter by participants or workspace, retrieve the metadata for a specific call including duration, direction, and attendees, and pull the full transcript with speaker attribution and timestamps. That combination is what makes the downstream work possible: summarizing what a prospect said about a competitor, extracting the objections raised across a set of discovery calls, or assembling the customer language behind a feature request. Depending on how the workspace is configured and which scopes the connection is granted, related records such as users and the CRM context attached to a call can also be read. It is built for revenue teams and the people who serve them: sales leaders reviewing pipeline without listening to every call, product and marketing teams mining conversations for real customer wording, and enablement teams looking for patterns across reps. Access runs on Gong API credentials with defined scopes, and because call recordings are sensitive customer data, most deployments keep the connection read-only and restrict it to the workspaces that need it.
