Gorgias MCP

The Gorgias MCP server connects an AI client to an ecommerce helpdesk with both read and write access. On tickets an agent can reply to a customer, post an internal note, and update status and priority, which covers most of the day to day queue work a support lead does by hand. On analytics it can query response times, ticket volume trends and agent performance, so questions about how the team is doing get answered from the helpdesk rather than a weekly export. Configuration is exposed as well. An agent can read and update helpdesk rules, view and edit help center articles, and work with tags, macros and actions. It can also audit the setup of the Gorgias AI Agent itself: reviewing handover conditions that decide when a conversation goes to a human, checking the guidance it follows, and managing its skills and product information. That makes the server useful for the support operations work of tuning automation, not just for handling individual tickets. Connection is to a remote MCP URL added through the AI client's connector settings, followed by a browser sign in with Gorgias credentials; the authorization persists for later sessions. Supported clients include Claude Desktop and Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code Copilot. Anyone on a Helpdesk plan can install it, and which actions are actually available depends on the user's Gorgias role, so an agent cannot exceed the permissions of the person who authorized it.
