PandaDoc MCP

PandaDoc's MCP server lets an AI assistant drive document and e-signature workflows through the platform's API. An agent can list available templates and content library items, create a document from a template while filling merge fields and pricing table values, assign recipients to their signer roles, send the document out for signature, and then check its status as it moves from draft through viewed, completed or declined. The useful part is the handoff between drafting and sending. Sales and operations teams assemble the same agreement repeatedly with different values, so an assistant that already holds the deal details can generate the document, attach the right signer, and report back when it is signed, without a human retyping fields into a form. Reading document metadata and downloading a completed file closes the loop for archiving or updating a CRM record. It targets revenue operations, sales teams, HR and anyone who sends contracts, proposals or offer letters through PandaDoc, plus developers automating those flows. The server authenticates with a PandaDoc API key, so document access is limited to the workspace behind that key, and it follows standard MCP transports so it works in Claude Desktop, coding agents and other compatible clients where the surrounding deal context already lives.
