Autoplot
Scientific plotting and analysis for Mac
Free Tier Available
Autoplot is a unified scientific workstation for macOS that combines data import, analysis, plotting, and publishing in a single workspace. It eliminates the need to switch between chatbots, terminals, and image editors by providing a seamless environment where you can fetch, trim, merge data, tweak and re-run analyses, and annotate figures—all while keeping your data private. The built-in AI assistant helps with data wrangling and custom analyses, but never sees your raw values, ensuring full data privacy.
The toolkit includes native import for CSV, TSV, and delimited files with live preview, variable management, and Python-based data manipulation. It offers a wide range of plot types: 2D X&Y plots, histograms with fits, heat maps, 3D surfaces, scatter and line plots, categorical charts, and correlation matrices. Analysis tools cover log-binned distributions, power-law fits, CCDF, finite-size scaling, and more. Figures can be annotated with pixel-perfect labels that survive restyles and re-runs, and exported as vector PDF, PNG, or JPG at journal-ready resolutions.
Autoplot is available in three tiers: a permanent Free plan with essential plots and 10 AI credits per month, a Plus plan ($7.99/mo) that adds 3D plots, heat maps, categorical charts, and additional analysis methods, and a Pro plan ($17.99/mo) with full features and 1000 AI credits per month. The local toolkit works offline; only the hosted AI assistant and billing require internet.
