What is Relaticle?

Relaticle is an open-source AI CRM for people who sell without a sales team. It tracks companies, people, opportunities, tasks and notes, with custom fields for anything else you need. Work in the web app, from Claude or ChatGPT through the MCP server, or by asking Rela, the built-in AI assistant. Rela proposes each change as a card you approve before anything is saved. A REST API covers custom integrations. Connect Gmail or Microsoft mailboxes to sync email and calendar with your records, and import existing data from CSV. Self-hosting is free under AGPL-3.0, with unlimited users and records, deployed with Docker Compose. Relaticle Cloud is priced per workspace, never per seat: Cloud Pro at $19 a month billed yearly, Cloud Scale at $49, and Enterprise from $20,000 a year. Cloud runs on servers in Germany.

Does the AI change my data without asking?

Rela, the built-in assistant, proposes each change as a card you approve first. External agents connected through MCP act with the permissions of the access token you give them.

Where is my data stored?

Relaticle Cloud runs on Hetzner servers in Germany. Self-hosted installs keep all data on your own server. Relaticle does not train AI models on your CRM data.

Is Relaticle SOC 2 certified?

Not today. The code is open source, so you can review the security controls yourself.

Can I move my data from another CRM?
