Braze MCP

Braze is a customer engagement platform where campaigns, Canvases, segments, catalogs, and reusable content live inside workspaces, typically one per brand or region. Its MCP server is a hosted remote endpoint rather than a local process: you point an agent at the Braze endpoint for your data region and sign in through OAuth, including single sign on, instead of copying API keys into a config file. Through it an agent can read campaign, Canvas, and segment analytics, KPIs, custom attributes, custom events, and catalog data, then act on the content side by creating or updating email templates and Content Blocks and managing media library assets. Workspace context travels with each request rather than being pinned at setup, so a single connection serves every workspace the signed in user is entitled to. That detail matters for teams running many brands, who would otherwise maintain a separate credential and config per workspace. Two constraints define what it is good for. An agent can never exceed the permissions of the person who authenticated, and the tools deliberately do not return user profile data, so no subscriber PII flows into the model. The result is an analysis and content assistant for marketing operations, useful for reporting, template work, and catalog upkeep, but not a route to inspecting individual customers.
