Klaviyo MCP

Klaviyo MCP is the vendor's own connector between an AI client and a Klaviyo account, covering the objects an ecommerce marketing team touches daily: profiles, lists and segments, campaigns, flows, events and metrics, templates, catalog items and reporting. Read access lets an agent pull campaign and flow performance, look up a customer profile with its event history, or size a segment before a send. Write access covers the operational half, including creating and updating profiles, adding profiles to lists, and editing campaign and flow assets. The practical benefit is removing the reporting and setup tax from lifecycle work. Instead of exporting a report to compare two flows, an operator asks for the comparison and gets it against live account data, then makes the segment or campaign change in the same conversation. Because Klaviyo metrics are event-level, the same interface answers behavioral questions such as which profiles triggered a given event inside a window. Authentication supports OAuth or a private API key, and scopes can be limited to read-only, which is the safer starting point for an account where an unintended send cannot be recalled. Most teams begin read-only for analysis, then grant write scopes for the specific object types an agent is trusted to change.
