TherapyCRM is practice management software for pediatric therapy clinics in Canada. We built it for ABA, speech, OT and physio teams, so it handles the parts generic tools skip. Funding is the big one. You can see each child's approved OAP hours and dollars, what's been used and what's left, and send the funder a progress report when it's due. Therapists record ABA data trial by trial, and it keeps working when the Wi-Fi drops. The session note has to be approved before that session can be billed, and the invoice comes straight from it. Parents get the TherapyCRM Family app for iPhone and iPad. They see upcoming visits, message the team, sign forms and check progress. Client data is stored in Canada, on Google Cloud in Toronto. Pricing is CA$49.99 a month for one location or CA$149.99 for several. Both plans include everything, with unlimited users and a 14-day free trial. We'll set up your clinic and import your client list at no charge. TherapyCRM is made by Data Inn Inc. in Mississauga. It works in English, for clinics outside Quebec. It doesn't submit insurance or OAP claims, and it doesn't do telehealth.
