Salesforce is the most powerful CRM on the market, but the sticker price is a fraction of what you will actually pay.

License fees start at $25/user/month, but most sales teams need Enterprise ($175/user/month) or Unlimited ($350/user/month). The real shock comes from storage overages, implementation consulting, AppExchange add-ons, admin hiring, and a Premier Support surcharge that adds 30% to your license cost.

For a 10-person team, expect to pay $50K-$80K in year one, not the $21K the pricing page suggests. Salesforce is worth it for complex enterprise sales orgs.
